•Payment is due at the time of appointment booking! 

•After your have ordered your PreciseWig, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the "Ship To Address" for your hair.

•Turn around time is approximately 15 business days PER unit from arrival date. (Rush construction is available. See additional Services) 

•Insured return shipping optional at customers request and expense. *HIGHLY Recommended* (PreciseWigs will not be responsible for any packages/hair/units/wigs lost during transit) 

•Pictures of the completed unit can be provided, by request. 

•I typically do not cut wefts, all weft are folded over, unless I feel it's too bulky up top (due to thick wefts). I will contact you before taking that action if need be. 

•Your head measurements will also be required for your custom Precise Wig. Please refer to the "Custom Head Measurement Guide".

(Please make sure you measure your head accurately, for a PreciseFit. PreciseWigs will not be responsible for sizing issues due to incorrect measurements ) 

HAIR • IS • NOT • INCLUDED! 

•You must provide your own hair. If you don't have hair available, and would still like to have a Precise Wig of your own, Raw South East Asian hair can also be ordered on this site. 

NOTE: If you are sending used hair, please  be sure wefts are NOT cut, AND BE SURE ALL HAIR IS WASHED. If dirty/oily or cut thread needs to be removed when hair is received, there will be a $50 cleaning fee.

•Also please be sure to keep all of your extensions original packaging, to avoid it being lost or there being and additional shipping cost to return it.

PRECISEWIGS is willing to make sure any/all problems that may occur with your unit are addressed/rectified. Please be sure to contact me within 3 business days after receiving your unit. if there are any sizing or construction problems.
